Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations across dining room, bar, kitchen, and takeout, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will lead, coach, and develop staff, own execution from guest engagement to product quality and speed, and promote a safe, compliant environment while engaging in local marketing and fan experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Team-first mindset, passion for developing people, building culture, and leading by example.
• High energy, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enthusiasm for every shift.

Responsibilities
