Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations and training of staff.
• Prepare and manage weekly staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Help achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets.
• Oversee administrative tasks, paperwork, and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with allChurch's policies, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
