Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations and to help drive sales and profitability. The ARGM will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and adherence to Church's policies while maintaining inventory control and compliance with all health and safety standards.

The role requires a minimum of 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hands-on day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Assist in staffing and weekly scheduling.
• Help during high-volume periods as needed.
• Assist in paperwork and administrative duties.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and sales plans.
• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality products each shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
