Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, staffing, training, and ensuring the execution of Church's initiatives and programs.

You will help achieve sales and profitability targets, manage banking and administration, and uphold food safety, policies, and standards while delivering high quality products on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assists RGM in maintaining staffing and prepares weekly schedules.
• Helps staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Assists in administering all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assists in analyzing profit and loss statements and in meeting sales plans.
• Maintains and records accurate inventory.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintains operations standards and compliance.
• Ensures adherence to laws, regulations and ordinances.
• Maintains a clean facility at all times.
• Delivers consistent, high quality products daily, every shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
