Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Assign tasks and manage workflow to meet service goals.
• Handle cash drawers, deposits, and basic shift paperwork.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and work areas.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
