Job summary

The AM helps lead the team, covers vacations, trains crew and shift managers, and ensures adherence to company standards, cash controls, and health and safety regulations to drive results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; timely problem solving and initiative.
• Experience supervising team members in a quick-service environment.
• Ability to manage time and communicate clearly with staff and guests.
• Must be ServSafe certified and health card eligible.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and coverage during vacations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, cash control, and safety standards.
• Train staff on stations, products, and procedures.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising standards, and quality service.
