The role requires strong leadership, clear English communication, and the ability to manage cash, labor, and safety. You will train team members, plan shift coverage, and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have high school diploma or restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast-food management experience required with knowledge of Food & Beverage metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication in English (Spanish helpful), and ability to train and develop staff.
