Burger King in Hendersonville, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive daily restaurant performance and develop a high-performing team. You will partner with the RGM to deliver guest satisfaction, quality, and financial results while guiding shifts and coaching Team Members.

Qualificações

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and grow capabilities.
• Lead strong operations by maintaining BK brand standards, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, ensuring maintenance, and maintaining cash control & security protocols.
