Job summary

FOURJAY LLC Batesville Wendy's franchise seeks an assistant manager to run daily operations, uphold food quality and safety standards, supervise shift managers and crew, and ensure customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, cash control, training staff, maintaining cleanliness, and enforcing policies. On-site leadership with opportunities for advancement and growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership, coaching and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business memos and documents.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; able to learn additional software as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and coach in all positions within the store.
• Direct staff, supervise performance and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee food preparation to meet brand standards and safety.
• Resolve customer complaints and report issues to supervisors.
• Open and close the restaurant on time and maintain cleanliness.
• Manage cash procedures, deposits, and inventory counts.
• Build staff schedules, place orders, and handle maintenance requests.
• Train crew and assist in onboarding and product training.
