Responsibilities

• Direct all subordinate staff and hold them accountable.
• Recruit, interview, hire, promote, discipline, and terminate crew members and shift managers according to policies.
• Supervise and help prepare food meeting brand standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and report issues to supervisors.
• Ensure opening/closing on time and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow cash procedures and ensure security of cash and inventory.
• Foster a safe working environment and train staff across roles.
