Job summary

FOURJAY LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Bentonville Wendys location. The role leads daily restaurant operations, coaching staff and ensuring food quality, safety and service standards are met.

You will manage schedules, inventory and training, while upholding company policies and cost controls. The position requires leadership in a fast-paced team environment and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, create and interpret general business memos and documents.
• Excellent written, verbal and group communication skills.
• Strong math skills including fractions, percentages and ratios.
• Managerial, supervisory, leadership, and customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Be competent working and coaching in all positions within the restaurant.
• Direct all subordinate staff and hold them accountable.
• Supervise and help prepare food that meets brand standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and report issues to supervisors.
• Ensure the restaurant opens and closes on time and maintains cleanliness.
• Follow cash procedures and store priorities; drive deposits to the bank.
