Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Apple Valley, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the GM and lead shifts across front of house, kitchen, and bar. You’ll help drive operational excellence and guest experience, coaching teams to deliver energy, quality, and consistent service.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience; a background in managing a full bar is preferred. Competitive pay, bonus potential, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years restaurant or retail management experience preferred.
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and develop the team to build an all-star lineup.
• Execute daily operations with quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas.
• Step in across front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout to keep things running.
