Buffalo Wild Wings in Palmdale, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and run daily shifts. You’ll help manage front‑of‑house, kitchen, and bar operations while driving energy and guest satisfaction.

You’ll lead by example, coach team members, ensure quality and safety, and execute promotions and local marketing with a focus on great food, great service, and great vibes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license to travel between units.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top‑tier service and fan experiences.
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team to build an all‑star lineup.
• Help execute daily operations ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Step in where needed across front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
• Support promotions, local marketing, and in‑store fan engagement.
