Buffalo Wild Wings in Apple Valley, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a team across front of house, back of house, and bar. This role focuses on delivering great food, service, and guest energy while driving daily operations and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Team-first mindset; you enjoy supporting teams, building culture, and leading by example.
• High energy; you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring hustle and positivity to every shift.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program (if applicable).
