Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and help run daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced sports-bar setting.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant supervisory experience, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work a 50-hour week with flexible hours.

You’ll focus on guest service, staff training, staffing, and local store marketing to boost sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week and flexible hours.
• Strong leadership, training and motivational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and discreetly.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant FOH and assist management in leading the restaurant team.
• Oversee hospitality, take-out/delivery and server performance.
• Lead in-restaurant marketing and rewards program; maximize sales and profits.
• Prepare and execute local store marketing, merchandising and promotions.
• Instruct, train, coach and develop FOH staff.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring hourly employees.
• Ensure appropriate staffing to maximize service and sales.
• Enforce cash controls and company policies.
• Ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer complaints and train team to resolve issues.
• Know labor laws, health codes and safe food handling.
