Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Petaluma, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the GM and run the playbook across floor, kitchen, and bar. You’ll lead operations, coach teams, and ensure guest experiences meet brand standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team.
• Help execute daily operations ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas.
• Step in where needed across front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
• Support promotions, local marketing efforts, and in-store fan engagement.
