Buffalo Wild Wings in West Covina, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and elevate guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, coach front-of-house and bar teams, and ensure service excellence during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred.
• 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team—helping build an all-star lineup.

• Step in where needed—front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout—to keep things running strong.
