Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You will work with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at peak performance and drive guest engagement to create legendary experiences.

Ideal candidates will have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience and a strong understanding of health codes, sanitation, labor laws, and safe alcohol service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in managing Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Help ensure the restaurant remains at top performance and achieve guest-related metrics and engagement.
• Collaborate with General Manager to execute training and team development.
