Job summary

The Taco Bell Assistant General Manager at Taco Bell Franchise in Horn Lake, MS is responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager by running effective shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards. You’ll lead team members and Shift Managers, ensure inventory control, financial accountability, and safe, quality food service in a welcoming environment.

• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running effective shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Lead Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties and maintain service quality.
• Manage inventory and uphold financial accountability.
