Taco Bell in Hattiesburg, MS is hiring a Shift Manager to lead shifts with energy and drive. As a Shift Lead, you will coach team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Taco Bell's standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with management on initiatives, oversee food safety, inventory, and labor, and provide feedback to the GM while promoting Taco Bell's culture and values.

Formación

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs.).
• Operates cash register as needed and makes change; Basic Math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts and ensure MIC (Manager in Charge) routines.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain cleanliness.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates and managing labor.
• Assist with inventory, cash control and P&L management.
• Ensure proper product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Maintain health and safety standards and facility upkeep.
