Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred
• ServSafe Certification preferred or able to obtain before training ends
• Valid Driver's License
• Proven ability to grow sales and deliver friendly service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Foster collaboration and teamwork within the staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and serve as second in command during shifts
• Train, supervise and direct kitchen and service staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective action
• Schedule staff and manage expectations during open hours
• Drive sales and monitor food costs, inventory and safety standards
• Ensure food quality and sanitation in accordance with policies
• Enforce CHARM Service Model with every guest
• Oversee training to ensure staff know policies and specs
• Manage and resolve guest issues with discretion
• Maintain equipment and safety procedures and address repairs as needed
• Lead new initiatives including product and menu rollouts
