Qualifications

• 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service and atmosphere.
• Ensure shift leads and crew are trained on PRIDE systems, recipes and safety practices.
• Assist GM with restaurant business planning, labor and inventory optimization, and P&L awareness.
• Ensure Fan service meets company standards and address customer concerns promptly.
• Lead hiring, training and development of shift leads and crew, maintaining morale and productivity.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation standards and emergency readiness.
• Suggest local marketing ideas and support promotions and community outreach.
• Perform duties under pressure in high-volume conditions and handle multi-temperature environments.
