The role involves staffing, training, and maintaining standards while driving team performance. Candidates should have prior supervisory experience in quick service and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in quick service restaurant or food service.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train and develop staff and shift leads.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations and shift coverage.
• Supervise, train, and develop team members and shift leads.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated guest concerns.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling processes.
• Monitor labor, food costs, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and health regulations.
• Assist with cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and brand standards.
• Help implement operational goals and improve store performance.
• Step in as acting manager when the General Manager is not present.
