Great Wolf Lodge in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor who will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will handle scheduling, payroll support, POS transactions, inventory, and safety compliance while driving quality service and teamwork across shifts.

Professional, flexible, and reliable candidates with 1+ year leadership in food service and familiarity with Micros or POS systems are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year previous experience in a food service team lead capacity or leadership role.
• 1+ year utilizing Point-of-Sale (POS) technology.
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling including nights, weekends, and Holidays.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees restaurant operations and coordinates staff to ensure efficient service.
• Provides administrative support for front-of-house operations including scheduling, payroll, reservations, inventory, and related matters.
• Interacts with guests and staff to address concerns and ensure quality service; collaborates with management to resolve issues.
• Assists with POS transactions, expediting, restocking, quality control, and staff breaks.
• Ensures sanitation, cleanliness, stocking, and setup of all restaurant areas for opening and throughout shifts.
• Communicates across shifts with fellow Supervisors to ensure smooth operations and escalate equipment issues when needed.
• Supports management in staff performance matters including evaluations, corrective actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
