Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, high-quality service. You will help train and lead staff, schedule shifts, and ensure clean, safe, and inviting conditions for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and ability to provide required documents.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Create and manage staff schedules and train team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; maintain food handling and safety standards.
• Ensure health inspections and safety compliance are met.
• Set a positive tone for a friendly family environment in the restaurant.
