Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, inviting setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• HS diploma or equivalent and compliance with state/federal requirements.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and performance metrics.
• Create and manage staff schedules and training.
• Interview, hire, train and orient new team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment care and cleanliness.
• Maintain health and safety standards and inspections.
• Set a welcoming, family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
