Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a franchise of Pizza Hut, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work closely with the District Manager and team to ensure standards are met; training is provided to support your management goals and potential internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service is preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; possess required documents by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee restaurant operations and financial controls on a day-to-day basis.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, and train team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; maintain positive team relations.
