Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchise, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work with the General Manager and District Manager, lead a developing team, manage shifts, health and safety standards, and help drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of assistant manager experience in high-volume food service preferred.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview and train team members.
• Coach and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections meet standards.
• Set a welcoming, family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
