Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on leadership, cost management, recruitment, training, and policy adherence to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to multi-step instructions and changing situations.
• Must attend and complete required training, including food/alcohol service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff and uphold standards.
• Recruitment, interviewing and documentation of personnel decisions.
