Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification during training.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to manage costs, food quality, and safety standards.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, wage-hour regulations, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees and daily activities.
• Lead shifts as on-site manager, coach staff, and enforce standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and task assignment to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while controlling costs.
• Ensure food safety and quality, sanitation, and inventory management.
• Implement and monitor Ruby Tuesday policies and playbooks.
• Communicate shift notes and equipment needs through the manager logbook.
• Enforce security measures to protect employees and guests.
• Contribute to training Front of House and Back of House staff.
