• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees and daily activities.
• Train, supervise and direct kitchen and service staff; coach and discipline as needed.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory, and utility usage.
• Ensure food quality, sanitation, safety and compliance with policies.
• Oversee scheduling, shift leadership and staff development.
