You will train and evaluate team members, manage schedules, control costs, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Commitment to excellence in friendly service.
• Proven ability to grow sales.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including daily activities, work assignments, time off requests.
• Lead shifts as management representative; conduct performance evaluations and coaching as needed.
• Direct work for employees including scheduling and task assignment.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory, and health ratings.
• Ensure food quality through cleanliness, storage, sanitation, and recipes.
• Train staff on Ruby Tuesday policies and specs; ensure compliance.
• Oversee food/beverage production per recipes; resolve guest issues.
• Follow Operations Playbook and communicate shift notes in manager logbook.
• Enforce safety and security measures for staff and guests.
• Control costs of food, supplies, and liquor; adjust inventories.
• Maintain safe food handling procedures and certifications.
