Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or able to obtain before training completion.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all hourly employees including daily activities, work assignments, time off requests and needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coach team members as needed.
• Observe kitchen operations and address issues promptly.
• Set hours, schedules and assign tasks before, during and after open hours.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory, and health ratings.
• Ensure food quality and sanitation per policy; train staff on Ruby Tuesday standards.
• Enforce Operations Playbook for consistent daily operations; log shift notes and needs.
• Supervise production and preparation of food and beverages per recipes.
