Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervising/training staff.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure food is prepared & served to standard.
• Keep restaurants functional, clean and aesthetically appealing.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives, including community outreach.
• Recruit staff and reward outstanding team members.
• Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security.
• Be a team player.
• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including food safety codes.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives and preparing for new marketing windows.
