Job summary

Subway Texas is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations, deliver an excellent guest experience, ensure quality food preparation, keep the restaurant clean and functional, and manage inventory and money controls.

The role involves recruiting and developing team members, enforcing safety and security standards, analyzing business records to boost sales, coordinating local marketing, and planning events and promotions.

Full-time or part-time shifts, training provided, compensation discussed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment, supervising/training staff.
• Excellent communication with ability to interact with all team levels.
• Must be able to operate POS system and perform typical restaurant tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including local and national codes.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring the restaurant is ready for new marketing windows.
• Planning special events and promotions.
