Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment.
• Experience supervising and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Keep restaurant clean, functional and safe, and manage inventory and money control systems.
• Recruit staff and manage local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Plan events and promotions and ensure readiness for new marketing windows.
