Subway Team Member Manager role in Texas focuses on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, local marketing, staffing, safety, and teamwork. You will recruit, train, and reward staff while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, promoting sales, and supporting marketing efforts. Training and shift supervision are key, with full-time or part-time opportunities depending on location.

As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things:

In addition to the role of a Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of:

Pay
Depends on experience
From $12 hour plus bonus up to $750 weekly on salary plus bonus

Health Benefit
Health Insurance available 90 days - 1 year depending on potions hiredin.

Vacation (1-3 weeks), Muli-use (40 hours) and Holiday pay 2 to 5 holidays -dependson position and length of time with company

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
