Dave & Buster's Orlando is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced, multi-faceted entertainment and dining venue. You will steer hourly team members, uphold guest experience standards, and drive strategic initiatives across costs, staffing, and service.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, live our core values, and collaborate with the leadership team to deliver high-quality guest experiences, even on weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Age 21 or older.
