Duckin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team at our Dunkin' location. The role covers floor operations, training, and brand standards while delivering a great guest experience and driving profitability.

The ideal candidate will be able to step in for the Restaurant Manager when needed, coach staff, manage costs, and maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with franchisee policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cash handling and basic financials.
• Willingness to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
• Train and coach shift leads and team members.
• Ensure brand standards and recipes are executed.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and health compliance.
• Assist with product rollouts, marketing, and sampling as needed.
