The role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and strategic execution, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all restaurant functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a restaurant culture of growth and hospitality-minded team members and leaders.
• Maintain and improve a remarkable guest experience in the restaurant.
• Manage, develop, and oversee a team of team members and leaders.
• Assist in scheduling of team members.
• Oversee speed, customer service, and accuracy of the team.
• Continuously reinvent processes to increase efficiencies and improve guest experience.
• Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Hold team members accountable to policy standards - timeliness, appearance, food safety, etc.
• Participate in weekly director’s meetings and lead weekly meetings with other restaurant leaders.
