Job summary

Chick-fil-A Menomonee Falls is seeking a passionate Director to lead a fast-paced restaurant team and drive service and revenue goals. The role involves developing leaders, managing operations, and upholding Chick-fil-A’s standards for hospitality and safety.

The Director will collaborate with the Owner/Operator and senior directors to ensure exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial and operational targets. A strong focus on culture, coaching, and performance will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Chick-fil-A's mission and vision.
• Train, support, and coach team members on service and revenue goals.
• Oversee front and back of house operations and uphold Operational Excellence.
• Open and close the restaurant and perform safe audits.
• Adhere to company policies; maintain positive team relationships and provide direction.
• Be a Food Safety Ambassador and conduct safety checks (Safe Daily Criticals, ERQAs, temp checks).
• Ensure teams work at established pace to meet service standards.
• Address guest issues using the HEARD model and consult Owner/Operator on complex matters.
