Job summary

Chick-fil-A Walnut Ave is seeking a Director to oversee daily operations, act as the point person for escalated guest and staffing issues, and drive service excellence, food safety, and teamwork culture. You will set weekly goals for managers and trainers and continuously pursue improvements for guests and the restaurant.

You will mentor leaders, lead executive-level meetings, and ensure cross-functional collaboration while upholding CFA policies and safeguarding quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Responsible for opening and closing the business.
• Must work 32–40 hours per week in operations.
• Available to work weekends (Fri/Sat).
• Lead with H.E.A.R.T. (Humility; Empathy; Accountability; Respect; Truth).
• Thrive in a fast-paced high-stressed environment and adapt quickly.
• Ability to multi-task and make emotional connections with guests.

Responsibilities

• Recognize bottlenecks and delegate staffing to resolve issues.
• Communicate strategies from the executive team to team members.
• Mentor leaders and recognize future leaders within the team.
• Coach leaders on best practices and problem resolution.
• Own the five “Critical Success Factors” of the designated area.
• Ensure the restaurant meets all food safety requirements.
