Chick-fil-A Debbie Ln & Matlock Rd is seeking an Operations Director to lead and develop a restaurant team in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will build structure, execute systems, and help drive customer satisfaction and brand growth.

Requirements include 3+ years of leadership in restaurant or service operations, proven team development, and excellent communication with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service operations.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout a shift.
