Job summary

HUHOT is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest experience, sales, profitability, and team development. You will own the P&L, control costs, and ensure compliance with health codes and company standards.

You will recruit and coach Assistant Managers and Team Members, model excellent hospitality, and drive a positive, high-performance culture. This role requires 50–55+ hours per week and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Prior restaurant management experience required; multi-unit leadership preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations, including service, food quality, cleanliness, and Team Member performance.
• Manage P&L, labor, food cost, and sales growth; analyze financial performance and implement improvements.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Assistant Managers and Team Members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain guest experience standards and resolve guest concerns promptly.
