Job summary

HUHOT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, guest experience, Team Member development, financial performance, and operational execution. This role requires travel to support multiple locations as needed and a flexible, organized approach.

You will lead Team Members and Shift Managers, coach performance, participate in daily operations, manage scheduling and labor, ensure food safety and HACCP compliance, and analyze profitability

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple restaurant locations as needed.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in achieving operational excellence, leading teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Provide direction to Team Members and Shift Managers for accountability.
• Actively participate in daily operations, covering hourly roles as needed.
• Monitor guest feedback and coach teams to improve performance.
• Lead training initiatives, including new product rollouts and procedures.
• Assist with labor planning, scheduling, and productivity targets.
• Complete food ordering, receiving, inventory, and FIFO rotation.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with leadership to build a positive work environment and achieve goals.
