Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all restaurant operations including service, food quality, cleanliness, and Team Member performance.
• Set goals for sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction and drive results.
• Oversee daily operations and participate in FOH/BOH as needed.
• Forecast sales, build schedules, manage productivity, and control costs.
• Ensure cash handling, inventory controls, loss prevention, and compliance with regulations.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of staff.
