P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is hiring an Operating Partner or General Manager to lead our Huntsville team with a focus on guest experience and sales growth.

You will steer operations, coach leaders, and drive market-driven strategies to uphold our service standards and profitability. You will foster integrity, teamwork, and a guest-centric culture, leveraging local insights to maximize revenue while maintaining high culinary and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience required.
• External GM candidates must have recent GM experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong track record of driving sales and achieving KPI/EBITDA targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive sales growth through coaching and local market initiatives and expert service.
• Manage financials, inventory, and cost controls (P&L) to maximize profitability.
• Set standards of integrity and teamwork while mentoring managers and leading initiatives.
