PF Changs China Bistro in Augusta, GA is hiring an Operating Partner / General Manager to lead our team and drive guest satisfaction and sales growth. This full-time salaried role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a guest-centric approach to hospitality excellence.

Reporting to the regional leadership, you will set standards, mentor managers, manage costs and inventory, and ensure a seamless guest experience across shifts in a fast-paced Pan-Asian restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• Recent GM experience for external hires.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven track record of driving sales and KPIs.
• Ability to mentor and coach staff.
• Understanding of P&L and cost control.
