DiPasqua Brands, llc. is hiring for a Subway® Team Manager.

You will focus on eight core duties: ensuring great food is prepared and served, keeping the restaurant clean and functional, managing inventory and money controls, coordinating local marketing, and maintaining safety standards while being a team player. Additional duties include recruiting and rewarding top staff, enforcing health and safety codes, maintaining records to boost sales, engaging prospective guests, supporting marketing

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment; supervising and training staff.
• Communication: Excellent communication with all levels of team members; computer knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and inviting.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security.
• Recruit and reward outstanding team members.
• Ensure safety and security protocols follow health and food safety codes.
• Maintain business records and analyze them to help increase sales.
• Identify and contact prospective guests to promote sales.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives and be ready for new marketing windows.
• Plan special events and promotions.
