Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a Hardee’s location in the United States. You will operate the restaurant in the absence of senior management, lead crew, and ensure high standards of quality, service and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

You will recruit and train staff, manage schedules and labor costs, and uphold safety, sanitation, and cash procedures. Strong leadership and guest service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must meet physical demands required of the role
• Available to work all shifts and weekends
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant in line with company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and control costs according to standards.
• Handle cash procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Uphold company policies on HR, sanitation, safety and security.
